The GEMM MAXI range of blast freezers for trolleys are designed to meet the need for rapid chilling in medium to large-scale food preparation areas, from restaurant kitchens to semi-industrial bread and pastry manufacturers. Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel,MAXI blast freezers are fitted with ramps for trolleys, high-performance condensing units and simple and functional electronic control panels. The range features five models, with capacities ranging from one trolley for GN 1/1 or 60×40 cm trays, to two trolleys for GN 2/1 or 60×80 trays.
